(BEDFORD) - 35-year-old Donald Dorsett, of 3325 Old Ind. 37 North, was arrested Monday after a 911 call reporting a domestic fight at his home.
According to Sheriff Sam Craig, Dorsett's 13-year-old daughter called police reporting her father was in an argument with her mother and the fight had turned physical.
Craig says, when police arrived they found Mrs. Dorsett had very minor injuries and the daughter had red marks on her arm and there were allegations that Dorsett had pulled his daughter's hair.
Craig says Dorsett's wife didn't want to file charges. But officers arrested Dorsett without incident on a charge of battery on a person less than 14-years-old.
