(DAVIESS CO.) - The Daviess County Advisory Plan Commission will hold a public hearing later this month on the adoption of an initial zoning ordinance for the unincorporated areas of Daviess County, excluding all incorporated cities and towns and their respective extraterritorial area.
The hearing is scheduled for Monday, August 26th at 7 p.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the Daviess County Courthouse.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is on file for examination before the public hearing at the Daviess County Courthouse during normal business hours.
Written objections to the proposed ordinance that are filed with the Daviess County Advisory Plan Commission before the public hearing will be considered.
Oral comments concerning the proposed ordinance will be heard at the public hearing.
