(MITCHELL) - A Columbus man was cited into court Saturday night after he was found stumbling on West Warren Street.
According to Mitchell Police logs, a woman called police at 7:56 p.m. reporting a man was walking with a young boy and girl on Cherry Street and he could barely stand.
Officers were unable to locate 60-year-old William Ward, of Columbus.
Then, police received a call reporting Ward was near the ball fields on Greenwood Street.
Police found Ward and the children in the 300 block of Warren Street.
Ward was cited into court and told to stay inside the home with his family.
