(MITCHELLL) - A Mitchell man was arrested after he allegedly hurt a woman in front of a child Tuesday night.
35-year-old Darick Reynolds was arrested after he allegedly got into an arguement with a woman in the 500 block of Dean Street and that arguement turned physical.
Police say the woman suffered minor injuries.
Police say children witnessed the incident.
Reynolds had left the home before police arrived. He was found on North Eighth Street near the greenhouse and was arrested.
Reynolds was charged with domestic battery in the presence of a minor.
