After failing field sobriety tests, Slemensek was transported to Jasper Police Dept where he tested .16 on the BAC Datamaster.
He was transported to the Dubois County Jail, where he was incarcerated for the charges of boating while intoxicated with a BAC over .15, and boating while intoxicated.
