(UNDATED) - Area high school football teams will hit the fields Friday night to kick off the 2013 season.
Bloomington High School South will visit Bedford North Lawrence to start the season with a battle against the Stars, and Mitchell will start the season on the road as they visit Brownstown to begin their campaign.
The gridiron action is scheduled to begin at 7 pm for both games.
