Daviess County Arrests

(DAVIESS CO.) - The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington man early this morning for strangulation; domestic battery; two counts of battery; criminal confinement; invasion of privacy; and interference with the reporting of a crime.

27-year-old Timothy James France is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.

Meanwhile, Daviess County Sheriff's deputies arrested 27-year-old Jacob Harner of Princeton Wednesday on a warrant for a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine.

Bond was set at $100,000.

155 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Thursday morning.
