Daviess County Arrests

(DAVIESS CO.) - The following are arrests made in Daviess County over the weekend.

On Friday, the Washington Police Department arrested 20-year-old Seth M. McCrary, of Shoals, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated under a controlled substance, endangering a person, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.

His bond was set at $10,000.

Washington officers also served a warrant and arrested 30-year-old Taylor Waller, of Washington, on a charge of burglary and theft. He was released on bond.

39-year-old Phillip Waggoner of Wapello, Iowa was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and possession of a syringe. He was released on a $5,000 cash bond.

On Saturday, Washington Police arrested 23-year-old Cody Jasper, of Washington, on charges of criminal recklessness, reckless driving and two counts of resisting arrest.

The Odon Police Department arrested 20-year-old Frank Armstrong IV on charges of possession of a handgun without a license, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of meth and possession of a controlled substance with in 1,000 feet of a church. He remains in jail.

35-year-old Charly William Creagmile, of Elnora, was arrested by Daviess County deputies on a charge of domestic battery resulting in bodily injury. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.

The current population at the Daviess County Security Center is 156.
