BNL Graduate Invents Wink - Eyelash Growing Serum

Last updated on Thursday, August 8, 2013

(BEDFORD) - Megan Cox loves long thick eyelashes and that drove her to invent Wink - a hormone free lash growing serum.

Cox, a 2010 Bedford North Lawrence graduate and a student at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, says that in Boston, long thick false eyelash extensions are a huge trend.

But they are expensive and it takes hours to have them professionally applied. This is something Cox didn't enjoy doing, but she loved the look.

So Cox set out to develop a product to avoid the long hours and the expense of having those long beautiful lashes.

It took Cox a year to develop the all-natural product.

She says the product can also be used to help with those suffering from thinning eyebrows.

She did not intend to put Wink on the market, but after some persuading from her boyfriend she decided to give it a shot.

One 2ml bottle of Wink is a 2 month supply and sells for $29 dollars. Wink can be purchased online at winknaturalcosmetics.com and if you order now and enter the promotion code you will save $5 on your purchase.
