(MEDORA) - A 33-year-old man found sleeping early Friday on State Road 235 east of Medora faces a public intoxication charge, according to a police report.
Jason A. Carter, of rural Vallonia, was awakened and arrested by Indiana State Police Trooper Seth L. Davidson, who responded to a call at 4:14 a.m. from a motorist who said she almost ran over a man in the road.
Davidson reported he found Carter lying in the westbound lane of State Road 235.
