(BEDFORD) - Two Kentucky men were arrested after a report of an intoxicated driver at Ind. 37 and Salt Creek Bridge Friday night.
Police received a 911 call at 10:19 p.m. reporting a possible drunk driver on Ind. 37.
An off-duty Bedford Police officer and another officer initiated the traffic stop in the southbound lane of Ind. 37 near the Salt Creek Bridge.
One person refused to cooperate with police and submit to a field sobriety test. Judge William Sleva was contacted and a warrant was issued for a blood draw.
Police arrested 45 year-old Micheal Hart, of Waddy, KY., for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, OWI refusal, open container and he was cited for unsafe lane movement.
They also arrested 30-year-old Scott Ward, of Louisville, KY, for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
