(UNDATED) - The Indiana Department of Transportation says State Road 54 is closed until December in eastern Greene and western Lawrence counties.
The highway will be closed from State Road 45 in Little Cincinnati to State Road 58 in Springville for the construction of the new Interstate 69 overpass.
Local traffic and emergency vehicles will have access to the point of closure which is three-miles south of State Road 45 where I-69 will span over existing State Road 54.
The official detour will route traffic on State Roads 45 and 58.
