(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Highway Superintendent David Holmes announced a new schedule for paving local roads because of recent rains.
Highway workers today will finish paving Mount Pleasant Road this morning and then when that job is complete move to Swifty Lane in the afternoon.
On Friday crews will pave Fayetteville Coxton Road from State Road 158 at the Fayetteville Store to Old Union Church.
