Makximenko Elected To Bedford Federal Board Of Directors

(BEDFORD) - Bedford Federal Savings Bank elected Victor N. Makximenko to the Board of Directors.

Makximenko currently serves as the Joint Mission Office Director for Special Missions at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division. In this position, he is the Chief Strategy Officer for Special Missions, responsible for strategic development and issues concerning current and future support for our nation's National Security, Special Operations, and Expeditionary Forces.

A recipient of numerous awards throughout his career, Mr. Makximenko began his career at NSWC in1985. During that time, he has been a valuable leader and been promoted to numerous critical roles.

Mr. Makximenko is an alumnus of Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He also has a Masters Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University, Bloomington Indiana.

Residing with his wife Betsey in Bedford. Makximenko is a member of the Elks and a strong supporter of the Bedford North Lawrence music department. They have a son Alex and daughter Tessa; both of whom are currently students at Ball State University.
