(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police Sgt. Joe Crider says police were called after an 8-year-old Bloomington girl told her grandmother that she had been touched inappropriately by a 23-year-old male.
Crider says the alleged incident happened at a home on the southside of Bloomington.
The child was being watched by the man when the incident happened.
The Department of Child Services and Susie's Place were alerted.
