Four Arrested In Meth Lab Bust

(BLOOMINGTON) - After receiving a tip, state police found an active methamphetamine lab in a dense wooded area Friday evening.

State and city police arrested four Bloomington residents on drug charges.

Members of the Indiana State Police Meth Task Force found two men and two women near an active meth lab near Second and Patterson streets at 7:30 p.m. Friday, according to a news release. All four people were taken to IU Health Bloomington Hospital for evaluations before they were transported to the Monroe County Jail.

Crystal Dawn Weber was booked into the jail at 8:57 p.m. Friday on preliminary charges of manufacturing meth, possession of precursors and resisting law enforcement. She is being held on a $40,000 surety, $500 cash bond that is on a hold for a parole violation.

Amber G. Allbritten was booked into the jail at 9:25 p.m. on preliminary charges of manufacturing meth, possession of precursors and resisting law enforcement. She is being held at the jail on a $40,000 surety, $500 cash bond that is on a hold for a probation violation.

Ronald Eugene Mcauley was booked into the jail at 10:18 p.m. on preliminary charges of manufacturing meth, possession of precursors and resisting law enforcement. He is being held at the jail in lieu of a $20,000 surety, $500 cash bond.

And Lloyd Robert Turpin was booked into the jail at 10:44 p.m. on preliminary charges of manufacturing meth, possession of precursors and resisting law enforcement. He is being held in lieu of a $20,000 surety, $500 cash bond.
