(BEDFORD) - This weekend the White River Humane Society will host a yard sale next to Car Quick on Lincoln Avenue.
The group is seeking donated items from the community to put in the yard sale.
Board President Buddy Hendricks says all items are welcome except adult clothing. Volunteers will come to your home to pick up the items.

Chicago Hot Dog will also be at the yard sell selling concessions and if weather permitting there will be animals looking for new homes at the yard sale.
Volunteers will also sell raffle tickets for a chance to win a 1977 Harley-Davidson Custom Built Sportster.
Tickets cost $5 each or six for $20 and can be purchased at Knucklehead Bend, the shelter and from humane society board members.
Also on Aug. 24 shelter volunteers will have a car wash at the Boys Club, Thornton building from noon to 4 p.m.
