(DAVIESS COUNTY) - Washington Police arrested 40-year-old Marty Hughes of Washington Monday on a warrant for neglect of a dependent and maintaining a common nuisance.
Hughes was also arrested on a new charge of possession of a schedule 4 controlled substance. He is being held without bond.
City police also arrested 34-year-old Valerie Hughes on a warrant for maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent. Her bond was set at $2,500.
And Washington Police arrested 41-year-old Dana Summers of Washington Monday for domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,500.
Washington Police arrested a Bicknell man for driving while his driver's license was suspended. 34-year-old Jason Cole was released from the Daviess County Security Center after posting $2,000 bond.
