Daviess County Arrests

(DAVIESS COUNTY) - Washington Police arrested a Washington man Monday for possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a legend drug, possession of paraphernalia, and conspiracy to commit dealing in a controlled substance.

30-year-old Curtis Paul Teepe is being held under $14,500 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.

Washington Police arrested 43-year-old Roger Alan Levi of Washington Monday for being a habitual traffic offender.

Levi is being held without bond.

Daviess County Sheriff's deputies arrested 26-year-old Jerry Betz of Odon Monday for intimidation.

Betz is being held without bond.

Sheriff's deputies also arrested 27-year-old Nicholas Lanning of Petersburg Monday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.

Lanning was released from jail on $2,000 bond.

139 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Tuesday morning.
