(DAVIESS COUNTY) - Indiana State Police arrested a Montgomery teen Tuesday for illegal possession of alcohol; possession of marijuana; and possession of paraphernalia.
18-year-old Tyler Benjamin Kelly was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $6,000 bond.
Odon Police arrested an Odon man Tuesday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
57-year-old Darrell Wayne Meek was being held on $2,500 bond.
Daviess County Sheriff's deputies arrested 18-year-old Steven Joe Stotts of Elnora for battery.
Stotts was released from jail on $2,000 bond.
And, Washington Police arrested 39-year-old Jason Lucas Prosser of Washington on a Hendricks County warrant for possession of marijuana and driving while his driver's license was suspended.
Prosser is being held without bond pending his return to Hendricks County.
143 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security center Wednesday morning.
