(BROWNSTOWN) - Jackson County Senior Judge Bill Vance sentenced 25-year-old Nicholas Davers, of Brownstown to 10 years in prison.
Davers and 23-year-old Paul Dean Ponder, also of Brownstown, were arrested after an acquaintance told detectives with the Jackson County Sheriff's Department they had beat him, put a gun to his head and took his money.
