(DAVIESS CO.) - Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Washington man early Monday morning for possession of marijuana over 30 grams and on a warrant for dealing in schedule 3 and 4 controlled substances and maintaining a common nuisance.
38-year-old Scott Lee Hughes is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Washington Police arrested 53-year-old David Lee Lobusch of Washington Sunday for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana under 30 grams, possession of paraphernalia, and visiting a common nuisance.
Lobusch is being held under $8,500 bond.
Washington Police also arrested 51-year-old Annette Renae Clark of Washington for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana under 30 grams.
Clark is being held without bond.
Daviess County Sheriff's deputies arrested 19-year-old Zachary Alexander Byers of Washington Sunday for possession of a handgun without a license.
Byers was released from jail on $5,000 bond.
