Lawrence County Police say 30-year-old Kevin Jennings of Bloomington suffered a possible fractured or dislocated elbow and lower arm injuries.

According to police Jennings was traveling east on State Road 54 in his 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier near Reuter Lane when the car began to hydroplane and Jennings lost control. The car went off the south side of the road and into a ditch. It then hit a driveway wall and then the culvert.
