(BEDFORD) - 57-year-old David Maldonado, of Bedford was arrested on a warrant Tuesday afteroon charging him with battery causing injury.
According to a Lawrence County Superior Court I probable cause affidavit Maldonado is accused of injuring James Chad Lessig in a fight and gave him a bloody nose in May.
Maldonado remains in jail on a $755 cash bond or $7,500 surety bond.
