(BEDFORD) - A Bloomington woman was injured after she lost control of her SUV on Ind. 158 near Butterfly Lane Thursday night.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 20-year-old Kaitlyn Hoy, was traveling west on Ind. 158 when she lost control of her 2007 Toyota Highlander in the curve and slid sideways afor about 106 feet and then left the roadway hitting a stone wall and then crashing in the ditch.
While police were talking to Hoy they discovered she had been drinking. Hoy told police she had been drinking with friends earlier in the day. Police did request Hoy's blood be drawn at the hospital.
Hoy complained of neck and back pain.
