(HAMILTON COUNTY) - The attorney representing Brown County was arrested over the weekend in Hamilton County on drunken driving charges.
Shortly before 7:30 a.m. July 7, Marietto "Mario" Massillamany was stopped by a Hamilton County sheriff's deputy for driving 60 mph in a 35 mph zone in the 5300 block of 96th Street.
Police say Massillamany was intoxicated and was arrested. He posted bond and was released.
Brown county commissioners have contacted Barnes and Thornburg, the law firm representing the county to see if a different attorney will be assigned to represent the county.
