(WASHINGTON) - A Washington man was arrested Sunday morning after a homeowner came home and found her door kicked in and a strange man sleeping on her couch.
According to Washington Police the woman arrived at her home on Terrace Park Drive around 8:44 a.m. and when she saw the man sleeping on her couch she ran to a neighbors and called police.
Police found 28-year-old Cody Clark, who was intoxicated sleeping on the couch.
Clark told police he thought he was in his grandmother's home.
Clark was arrested on charges of residential entry, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and theft.
Earlier on Sunday Police had found Clark intoxicated lying in a yard on North East 17th Street. At that time, police left Clark with friends.
