Washington Collision Leaves Two Injured

(WASHINGTON) - Two people were injured after a crash on Old U.S. 50 in Washington on Thursday.

According to a Daviess County Police report, 17-year-old Jaylyn Hawk, of Washington, was traveling south in a Chevrolet Tahoe, on County Road 150 West and was nearing the intersection of Old U.S. 50 and did not see 57-year-old Julie Wening, of Washington, traveling east on U.S. 50 in a 2003 Chevrolet truck.

The two vehicles collided, sending Wening's truck spinning which caused it to overturn. Both complained of body pain.
