(OOLITIC) - Police arrested 38-year-old Harry Misamor, of Salem, Wednesday night on charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest by force and indecent exposure after he was found inside a church building, half naked and passed out on the floor.
Police were called to the Hillview Baptist Church on Patton Hill Road at 10:48 p.m. by a woman who works nights in the building.
Police say the woman found the man lying on the floor partially dressed.
Misamore, who police say was intoxicated, began fighting with them when they were placing him in handcuffs and again as they put him in the police car.
