(SPENCER) - Owen County authorities have identified the remains of a person found Wednesday in the White River near Freedom, Indiana.
Officials say the remains are 27-year-old Jessica Hope Thacker of Bloomington.
A cause of death has not been released, Sheriff's deputies and the Owen County Prosecutor's office are investigating the circumstances around Thacker's death.
