(BEDFORD) - The sentencing for Michael Dustin Moore, which was originally set for 2 p.m. Tuesday in Lawrence Superior Court I, was continued.
His sentencing is now scheduled for 9 a.m. on July 9.
A jury found Moore found guilty of dealing in a Schedule I controlled substance on May 22, relating to the death of 43-year-old William Alan Napier.
Moore was found guilty of injecting Napier with a lethal dose of heroin on April 10, 2010, which led to an overdose and his death on April 11, 2010.
