(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested after he was in a domestic fight with his wife Friday night.
Police received a 911 call from the man's daughter at 7:39 p.m. reporting 42-year-old William Edmonson was in a fight with his wife at an apartment in the 200 block of 6th Street.
Then at 7:48 p.m. the caller reported the fight was over and there was no need for an officer.
But then at 8:18 pm. the owner of the apartment building called reporting Edmonson was breaking glass and several other residents in the apartment building called reporting a fight.
Mitchell police officers went to the apartment and arrested 42-year-old William Edmonson on a charge of public intoxication.
