(SEYMOUR) - DSI has named Tom Franke of Seymour, Chief Financial Officer and will oversee the administration of the accounting department functioning as support for all the agency’s daily operations.
Franke previously served as Executive Director for Lakeview Ministries in Seymour. He has also held positions as Assistant Director of the Pioneer Camp and Retreat Center in Angola, New York, and Executive Director of Camp Lutherhaven in Albion, Indiana.
Franke will oversee and participate in personnel management, effectiveness, and training, of the accounting staff. He will also develop policies and procedures, which ensure compliance with standards and accreditation's, quality assurance, program evaluation, and consumer satisfaction.
DSI is a 501-C-3 not-for-profit organization that provides services for children and adults with mental, physical, and emotional disabilities in 40 counties in Indiana. DSI programs include early intervention, family support, residential living options, job training and placement, follow-along support, networking, therapy, habilitation, community integration, advocacy, and respite for families and guardians.
