(BEDFORD) - A Williams woman was arrested after police received a complaint of a possible intoxicated driver around 4:20 p.m. Monday.
Bedford Police found the blue cavalier at East Side Car Wash. The driver was out of the vehicle.
Police arrested 51-year-old Connie Bixenman, of Williams, on charges of public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a legend drug.
