(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after a newspaper carrier found him passed out in the middle of the road in the 800 block of Old Ind. 450 Sunday morning.
Lawrence County Police received a call at 5:59 a.m. reporting an intoxicated man was in the roadway.
When officers arrived they found 27-year-old Timothy Myers laying in the northbound lanes and arrested him on a charge of public intoxication.
