(VINCENNES) - Vincennes Police arrested a Washington man for theft Tuesday night.
Police went to the 6th Street Rural King after receiving a report of a man running from the store with stolen merchandise.
37-year-old David Byrns of Washington was found in the parking lot across the street.
He was arrested for felony theft and taken to the Knox County Jail.
