Last updated on Tuesday, May 28, 2013

(PATOKA) - An Evansville couple is facing charges of neglect of a dependent and possession of marijuana after three of their children were found alone in a tent early Sunday morning at Patoka Lake.

An Indiana Conservation officer was called to Patoka's Fisherman's Campground after a camper found the three children, one of whom was crying uncontrollably.

The children ranged in age from 3 to 6.

The children's parents, 23-year-old Tristan Bartolotto and 25-year-old Breanna All, were found asleep in a nearby vehicle with another 10 month old child.

Marijuana was also found inside the vehicle.

Crawford County Child Services personnel placed the children into temporary foster care.
