Last updated on Monday, May 13, 2013

(BEDFORD) - Two people were arrested after Lawrence County police found a meth lab at the bus stop at Kenray Lake early Saturday morning.

According to Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig, officers were called to about two suspicious people in the bus stop building at Kenray Lake on Patricia Lane just after midnight Saturday.

The two then left the shed, but left the items behind.

"That is when the officer discovered a one-pot meth lab in the bus shed," Craig says. "The officer called the drug task force and then located the two and they were interviewed by officers. The woman gave officers false information and it was then discovered she was wanted on warrants."

Police arrested:

24-year-old Adrian Collins, of Seymour, on charges of manufacturing meth, possession of meth, possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture meth.

34-year-old Shana Sanders, of Bloomington, on two warrants and for manufacturing meth, possession of meth, and possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture meth.

Craig says the Indiana State Police Clandestine Team was called to dispose of the lab.
