(MITCHELL) - The Mitchell Police Department is investigating several break-ins to vehicle in the 100 block of East Grissom Avenue, the 100 block of West Grissom Avenue and in the 200 block of East Vine Street.
Police began received reports of the break-ins just before 2 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Police say none of the owners reported anything missing at the time of the calls, but they all told police they would double check and report back to police.
Mitchell Police Chief Mike Hardman advises motorist to keep their vehicles locked and to not keep valuables in their vehicles.
Anyone with information about the break-ins are asked to call the Mitchell Police Department.
