Last updated on Wednesday, May 29, 2013

(UNDATED) - Motorists can expect an increased police presence.

More than 250 agencies plan overtime shifts targeting impaired and aggressive and drivers.

Officials say seat belt compliance will be a major priority.

A recent study shows seat belt usage goes down by almost 20 percent in the evening hours. Increased patrols are funded with a federal grant and will continue through June 2.
