(DUBOIS COUNTY) - Dubois County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Servando Escobedo and charged him with rape after an incident in which he and three other male subjects stopped to help two females with vehicle problems during the early hours Friday.
The victim reported that she and her friend were driving on Celestine Road North when they had a flat tire and that is when Escobedo and three other men who were in a truck stopped to help.
Escobedo, then took one of the women behind the trailer where he sexually assaulted her. After the four men left, the two women were able to drive to a nearby home and call 911.
Police found Escobedo and the other men and they were questioned and release.
However Escobedo was arrested and charged with having a False Government ID and rape and was taken to the Dubois County Security Center.
