(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Police Detectives arrested 37-year-old Charles Struck on two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor Thursday afternoon.
Lawrence County Police began their investigation on May 9 when they received a report that a 15-year-old girl was taken into the woods, held at knife point and made to undress and was then molested.
Police received a call from the girl's parent at 12:55 a.m. reporting a family friend had been at their home in the 500 block of Woodhills Lane and had taken the girl into the woods, threatened her with the knife and then molested her.
The girl was not injured, but was taken to IU Health Hospital to be examined.
After the incident the man had left the home and police were looking for him for questioning.
Stunk, of 6901 Bartlettsville Rd, was arrested on two warrants charging him with sexual misconduct with a minor. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail at 4:20 p.m.
