(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police were called to a disturbance on the 700 block of West Dixie Street around 4 p.m. Sunday where 47-year-old Marcus McCulley, reportedly pushed a 32-year-old woman out of a white Chevrolet Impala and attempted to run her over.
The vehicle then struck a parked, unoccupied sport utility vehicle nearby.
Shortly after, the woman called police reporting the incident.
One of her legs was injured from the accident.
McCulley was reportedly intoxicated, but he denied the allegations and police did not give him a breathalyzer test.
McCulley was arrested on an outstanding warrant and other charges are pending. The vehicle had also been reported stolen.
