Man Shot While Driving Tractor

(CRAWFORDSVILLE) - A Crawfordsville man is in the hospital after he was shot in the chest while on his tractor.

The incident happened just after 9 p.m. Monday.

Montgomery detectives says 40-year-old Josh Tribby, was driving his tractor to his barn in the 2500 block of West County Road 300 South when he heard a single gunshot and realized he was hit in the chest.

He was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Crawfordsville and then flown to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Montgomery detectives say the investigation is on-going. Anyone with information can call 765-362-0885 or 765-362-3740.
