Golf Scramble To Benefit Cops For Kids

(BEDFORD) - A Golf Scramble to benefit Cops For Kids Christmas event, the Fraternal Order of Police scholarship and the Spring Mill FOP Lodge 172 will be held Saturday, May 18th at the Stone Crest Golf Course in Bedford.

Any small business or individual can sponsor a hole and the they are also looking for donations to give as prizes.

Cost to play in the event is $200 for a four person team or $50 a person. The entry fee includes green fees, golf cart, lunch, and prizes.

There is a limit of 20 teams.

Prizes will include special contest holes, closest to the pin, and longest putt. All entries are due Saturday. Player check-in time at the golf course will be from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m with a 1 p.m. shotgun start.

This is a one day, 18-hole tournament.
