(BEDFORD) - Free sports physical exams will be available for all current 8th-, 9th-, 10th- and 11th-graders in the North Lawrence School system on Wednesday starting at 6 p.m. in the BNL Auxiliary Gymnasium.
This year a parent or guardian must be present with their student during their physical. To receive physicals, a physical form must be filled out completely.
This physical is for the 2013-14 athletic seasons, so the grade marked on the box should be what the student will be in for that year.
The forms must be returned to the BNL athletic office or athletic training room no later than today, this will reserve the athlete's spot for a physical, and no walk-in exams will be allowed the day of the physicals.
