(PATOKA) - Enjoy a special presentation by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on Monday, May 27th at 10 a.m. Meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Patoka Lake Visitor Center to car caravan to the Patoka Lake Dam or meet us at the Dam off Highway 545.
Discover the detailed operations of reservoir management for flood control as the guide takes you inside the actual Dam Tower structure. How is the lake level and spring flooding controlled? Who built the Patoka Reservoir and Dam in the 1970s? Come and find out more as we enjoy the morning together.

The entrance fee of $5 per vehicle for Indiana residents ($7 out of state) is required for the Newton Stewart State Recreation Area, Patoka Reservoir, located north of Wickliffe Indiana, Highway 164.
