(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Detectives are investigating the theft of a motor scooter taken from Pumphouse Road and the burglary to a home on Coveyville Road.
The owner of the scooter called police just before 10am to report they had parked the scooter near the roadway on Pumphouse Road and when they came to leave the scooter was gone.
The burglary was reported at just after 10 pm.
When the caller told police that someone had broke into their mother's home.
Anyone with information about either incident is asked to call the Lawrence County Police Department.
