(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell woman called 911 early Saturday morning to report there was a man at her house threatening to harm everyone at the residence in the 600 block of West Warren Street.
The woman then hung up and when the dispatcher returned the call her voice mail picked up.
When officers arrived, the man 22-year-old Joseph Fulkerson told police he would walk home.
Police ended up arresting Fulkerson on a charge of public intoxication. He was taken to the Lawrence County Jail at 1:05 a.m.
