(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington emergency personnel helped free five individuals who became trapped after a porch collapsed.
Bloomington police, medical responders and firefighters responded at about 7:45 p.m. Saturday to the 500 block of East 15th Street.
According to Sgt. Lucas Tate police found five people stuck between the enclosed area beneath the porch and the apartment building.
Tate estimated the individuals had fallen about 8 feet.
One individual was transported to Bloomington Hospital with minor injuries. The rest suffered superficial injuries.
